I have signatures that I have made for the forum and thought to share them here. But I am not sure what category to place them under. Help!

Aside from making a new category(which would be a great idea because i have seen a LOT of sigs!) you could put them in Wallpapers and Photo manips?

On Karen's Forum, there are users that have them and they show up at the bottom of the members post each time the post in a thread. On the boards we usually refer to them as Siggies/Siggy's
